Syncware is a mission-critical, SaaS based integration company that enables no-code, no-touch, automated order and inventory processing between over 300 Order Sources (i.e. Shopify), Fulfillment Operations (i.e. ShipBob) and Systems of Records (i.e Quickbooks). Syncware works with hundreds of multi-channel B2B & B2C consumer product brands of all shapes and sizes in a variety of industries in the US and abroad.
About The Role
At Syncware we know that the key to our growth and customer satisfaction is a high-performing sales and success team. As the first line of communication with inbound prospects this role requires a solid understanding of the end-to-end sales process and a sense of responsibility for the success of our customers and our customers' customers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales
- Respond to inbound leads from a variety of channels such as email, chat, social, etc. and external sources, i.e. partners, ultimately driving to discovery & demo
- Conduct discovery / product demo calls (via zoom) to fully understand customers needs and determine/showcase how Syncware can work for them
- Convert opportunities into customers
- Post-Sale - Customer Success
- Develop 30, 60, 90 check-ins with customer to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Obtain product feedback for future product roadmaps
- Turn customers into ambassadors for case studies, testimonials, etc.
- Develop repeatable, scalable processes - Build the foundational elements and culture for growth through continuous improvement with documented processes and learnings.
About You:
- You love customers and make them the center of your work universe
- You are hands-on
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and remote video calls
- At least Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of sales, client-relationship and/or customer success experience
- Experience utilizing CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and/or customer success software (Intercom, Totango, etc.)
- Experience in any B2B and/or B2C eCommerce software is preferred but not required
- Bonus: Personal or Professional experience as a retailer, distributor or manufacturer of consumer product goods is ideal for understanding our customer needs

- Location: Remote: US or Canada. US offices in Park City, UT
- Hours: Full Time, Part-Time Flex
- Compensation: $75K USD + Performance Bonus, Stock Options, 100% company paid benefits, 401K or as applicable,
